Core Class
Targeted at ages 6 through adult, Core Taekwondo will take you through the basics and not-so-basics of this sport. Families love this class because they can come at the same time as their kids, but still be taught on an adult level. Once you join, there is no limit of classes you can attend.

MONDAY--5 PM
TUESDAY/THURSDAY--4:30 PM and 6:30 PM
WEDNESDAY--4:30 PM
Little Warriors
Little Warriors teaches valuable skills in a way children can understand. We believe children weren't designed to sit a lot--which is why we include as much action as possible in this class.

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS--4:00 PM
MONDAYS--6:00 PM AND WEDNESDAYS--5:30 PM
Olympic Sparring
Olympic Sparring
Students who are enrolled in Core class, of any age or rank, are encouraged to join sparring class.
Class Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM
Demo Team
Students of any age or rank are encouraged to inquire about being on our Demo Team.

Black Belt Club
For existing Core students who want to up their game, this BY-INVITATION ONLY class uses the JACKSON RUDOLPH FLOW SYSTEM to ensure our students have the absolute best experience possible.
